Generic Returns
Giorgia Couture will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. 

For an exchange, mail out your items within 5 days from the receipt of original order.
Items cannot be exchange after 5 days from the receipt of order. 
Items must be returned with Giorgia Couture tag and must be in the original packaging such as dust cover, gown bag and shopping bag. 

Refund Policy 
If we find that the item has not been returned in original, fully resellable condition, we reserve the rights to refuse a refund on the item. 
If you are returning the item because of an error on our part due to damage or defects, we will refund delivery charges incurred in sending items to you and pay your cost of returning it to us. 

Sale Items
No Returns allowed on any Sample Sale items. 
You are to check for the condition of items before making the purchase. 
In the event that the sample sale item was bought from our official online store, please contact us at sales@giorgiacouture.com to approve a return. We reserve the rights to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. 

There is strictly no refund for sale or sample sale items.
